Instants Food

In modern era, many people like something instants, for example instant food. They like instant foods for several reasons, although instant foods are does not have benefits. If you eat instant food too much, it is not good for our healthy. Instants food has many effects for our body, and it is very dangerous. Although instants food not good for healthy and has many effects, you can it every biweekly but not every day.
People like instants food, because they have several reasons. First, many people have many work, so they did not have many time to make healthy food. Second, some people like with the taste and instants food have many variants taste. Third, many people cannot cook for themselves, because they did not know the materials, flavors and they did not know how to make some food or healthy food. Many students live in boarding house like instants food, because the price is cheap and easily find it in around us.
Do not eat instant food every day, because instants food contains wax and sodium. In short term it potentially harmful to digestion. The first problem will emerges is feel fullness, and constipation. However instant food did not has protein and vitamin, so we just can find carbohydrate and grease. Contains of saturated fat in instants food will cause heart attack and obesity.
If we eat instant foods too much in long term can cause stroke and kidney damage. Studies prove that we too much consume instant foods it can be colon cancer. Many instant foods contain Propyleneglycol, if our body absorbs that substance it will accumulate in liver and kidney, it will damage our body and make weaken our immune. Some food package with Styrofoam, if it was exposed to heat the danger substance in Styrofoam can dissolve in food can be cancer. Accumulation of harmful chemicals like preservatives and coloring's will be toxic in our body.

Instant foods contain additives that can make we addicted and stimulate us to keep eat it as often as possible, so it would be better if we eat healthy foods and left instant foods.
