Men should be Paid Higher than Woman

Women are regarded to have lower grades in the world of work. Many people think that women should take care of her children and families, and it can disturb her job. Then women easily to angry or sad, when women get problem, her job are not clear. For example, when women are work and her child sick, she will take care of her child and she will leave her job. Men do not need too much leave, while woman need maternity leave and it make her job performance poor.

Men are more flexible. He can work in more various jobs rather than women. For example, men can work as fisherman or he can work in workshop as mechanic. Although women can work in same job with men, but men have more power than men. He can finish his job more quickly rather than women. Man has good respond rather than women. For example, when women look an accident in workplace, she will panic and sometime she does not know what to do, while men will help them and he will give first aid for them.

Many women did not want to work in dirty place. It make men can get more money rather than women. Many women did not want to work in the mining. They think it is dangerous and dirty. Actually if work in mining site we get high payment, and the payment are can more high rather than work in the office.

Women like easy and simple job. They like work as officer or secretary rather than they work as mechanic, because that job use power. Then their physical are weak, they are more easily to injury. They did not have much power and their skins are sensitive rather than men. It makes men have many employments.

That is my reason why I agree with statement if men should be paid higher than women, because men better rather than women in power and physical.
